Celebrating Two Decades of Premier League: A User-Friendly Fantasy League Experience

Project Overview:

To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Premier League, the organisation aimed to launch a special fantasy league competition. This project focused on designing a user-friendly registration process and navigation system for the dedicated campaign portal.

Target Audience:

This project targeted existing Premier League fans, particularly those familiar with the fantasy league concept. It also aimed to be welcoming to new users who might be unfamiliar with fantasy league.

Research Process:

  • Understanding Existing Fantasy Leagues: Research, included competitor analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of existing fantasy football platforms. This knowledge informed the design of a registration flow that streamlined the process while offering an intuitive experience.

Design and Implementation:

  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Low-fidelity wireframes were initially created to map out the registration process and key functionalities within the campaign portal. These were then iterated upon to develop high-fidelity prototypes that simulated the user experience.
  • Collaboration with Visual Design: We worked closely with the visual design team to translate the wireframes into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that aligned with the overall campaign theme.

By focusing on user-centered design principles and collaborating with visual design experts, this project aimed to create a user-friendly and engaging platform for fans to celebrate two decades of Premier League football through a special fantasy league experience.
